The menu looked good online and it was as overwhelmingly good as it sounded! Delicious and well sized portions of fresh, seasonal produce showcasing many of Tasmania’s classics but with interesting variations. The wine tasting before hand at the cellar door with Liz was an excellent introduction to the Estate and her friendly service and excellent knowledge made the experience even more enjoyable.
