- CCarolynVIPKansas City / Kansas •8 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoRyan took good care of us! Much appreciated. A little noisy in our section, but mainly because of one loud couple. Would love to see a better selection of wine by the glass for such a nice restaurant. There wasn’t even one California Chardonnay to choose from. Thank you, Carolyn LoewMore infoPierpont's at Union StationPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Crossroads / Freight District / Boulevard•4.7

On his phone dropping the F bomb every sentence, loud enough that after we asked to be moved 10 tables or more away could still hear him. Our food was great, our server Tiffany was great, just disappointed management clearly did not have enough training or skills to handle this guy, at the very least ask him to take his phone calls outside.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Kansas City – Northland, MOPrice: Moderate• American• N. - AAbhikKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI recently dined at Grunauer and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and full of deep seafood flavors. It had a smooth texture with just the right balance of seasoning. Next, I tried the sweet potato soup, which was a pleasant surprise—velvety, slightly sweet, and well-spiced, making it a comforting and flavorful choice. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked—moist on the inside with a beautifully crisp exterior. The seasoning complemented the natural flavor of the fish without overpowering it. The dish was well-plated and paired nicely with the sides. Overall, the service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff. Grunauer truly delivers on quality and flavor, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet hearty dining experience in Kansas City. I’ll definitely be returning!More infoGrünauerPrice: Expensive• Austrian• Crossroads / Freight District / Boulevard•4.9
