Liz was knowledgeable and friendly to everyone. We ordered the most delicious Scotch Eggs with our Irish draft beers. However one food item on the meal menu was a disappointment. The whiskey glazed ribs were dry and overcooked. The glaze all over the ribs was heavy in hot spices and less in a tasty, sweet whiskey glaze. The fried chicken meal tasted good except for the potatoes which tasted like instant, boxed potatoes.
