We mill AZ grown grain in house, daily. We focus on whole animal butchery, done in house. We have an extensive fermentation program.     I’ve always had a goodexperience at this location, but my most recent visit was the best by far. Someone in our party had dietary restrictions (gluten and vegetarian). The manager greeted us for our reservation and I asked him him suggestions. He gave us the perfect dish suggestion. In fact, when he went into the kitchen and made sure it was going to be cooked correctly. Everyone else on staff was amazing as well. We had the best interactions with the entire team. I would highly recommend this place for every occasion.

    Great food. The panna cotta dessert was absolutely amazing. Steak and pork chop both perfect. The dipping sauce for the calamari was wonderfully flavored. Good service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Vivace is our special occasion place. It is expensive but the service is great, they have a good wine by the glass selection and 4 older women with very different tastes in wine and food can all find something they enjoy. If you’re looking for the latest trends in fine dining this may not be for you but if you want a carefully prepared dinner with top quality ingredients then Vivace is an exceptional choice.

    Our meal was good. Excellent margaritas at a very good price at happy hour. Shrimp tacos were loved by picky eater grandson. Granddaughter didn’t like chicken nuggets. All the other enchiladas, burritos, and carne asada were very good. Refried beans were kind of tasteless. But overall a pleasant meal.
