We went on to share the salt brined spatchcock with roasted grapes and the cabbage salad. Every mouthful was sublime. After spending my life travelling the world and eating in many of the finest restaurants around the globe, I can attest to 99 on Park as being up there with the best. The staff are attentive and the food is spectacular. The chefs cater for allergy and gluten intolerance and add their touch, creating some special in every aspect of their cooking. You would expect to see such a restaurant in a major capital city so we are extremely lucky to have it here in Coffs Harbour.
