Restaurant seemed to be understaffed. We had reservations and still had to wait to be seated. Lots of open tables when we we’re seated, so not sure if the delay. Food was okay. Just okay. We are staying at the hotel so hopefully the other restaurants are better.

The food was delicious, our waiter kind and attentive. The food took a long time to come out though, and there was a private event happening and eventually they opened the door to that space so it became very loud and we could hear the music and dj. The carolers and Santa also did not come to our section.

Lovely place to celebrate. The food is good, but not as varied as I expected and could be a much better presentation for the cost. At first I didn't realize that half the buffet was in a separate room and almost missed the breakfast items.

We have gone to the Mission Inn nany tunes over the years as a family tradition. We will never go back, it was quite honestly the worst experiece i have ever had. We took friends from out of town and i was extremely embarrassed that i had taken them there. We had a reservation on Saturday night at 6 15, we had the buffet as there was no other choice. The buffet looked like it was picked over by vulchers. There was hardly any foodan what was there cold. The food was a huge disgrace. For $75 it should have been plentiful and at the very least hot. The room the buffet was in was dirty, dirty plates everywhere, food on the floor. When we set down at our table on the patio, there wasa large piece of salmon on the floor under the table our guest stepped in! The bathrooms in the lobby was dirty? There was a out of order stall and broken sink, no toilet paper in any of the stalls, people were using paper towels and they were all over the floor. Surely an establishment like the Mission In. n could call out a plumber andlike have a staff member check the bathroom for toilet paper and cleanliness! It was a disgrace to see how run down the place looks and terrible service. We will never go back and i will certainly tell everyone not to evergo for dinner. Respectfully, Melissa Mckenzie

Made reservations for menu service arrived and was informed buffet only. 75.00 per person. Buffet meger, not stocked and a tip jar prominently placed for the carving station of a merger pork roast and prime rib roast. Listened to complaints of other patrons, and watched people walk away from there reservation. Seating was packed in without spreading patrons out. We were serving ourselves, not excuse to make it convenience for service.

I had booked well in advance and I had to give a credit card. Surprise they said that all we could order was a buffet meal. It was $75 per person. There were six of us and all the buffet had was chicken nuggets pizza fries, french fries Had some beef but bare minimum and most of the things were empty. You could get a better meal at soup plantation. Sitting inside was like a cafeteria. I don’t know if they only serve the buffet inside or not. The hostess was rude and incompetent.

While I love having dinner at the mission as a holiday tradition I was very disappointed in a management decision that was made in order to fleece customers unwillingly. Made a reservation for a weekend evening for a dinner menu 6 weeks in advance. Management decided to make a last minute change to an overpriced $75 per person buffet. They claim to have reached out to guests ahead of time to inform them of the change. We never received any notification. I dislike buffets especially overpriced ones.

Probably the best place I’ve ever been to! Amazing decor, great food, all those lights, it was just magical! I will come back for sure! I celebrated my Birthday there. Really beautiful place! Recommend to visit. Especially now, at Christmas time:))
