Restaurant Mumm sits inside the Mintrops Land Hotel and is truly one of a kind. The staff believes firmly in fine dining backed by natural, sustainable ingredients. They don't just talk about it either. Restauraunt Mumm's actions speak much louder than words: The potatoes are harvested from the restaurant's own granary, an on-site apiary provides honey for the restaurant, and all the strawberries, raspberries, vegetables and herbs used there are grown in Restaurant Mumm's very own garden, all without chemicals. With these ingredients, Chef Sven Heinroth creates balanced, exquisitely plated dishes that would please even discerning foodies.

Ein gelungener Abend. Getränkebegleitung hat überzeugt. Der Service schwankte zwischen Spitze und kleineren Unaufmerksamkeiten. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung.

Es war mein erster Besuch im Restaurant. Ich habe das Menü genommen Es war sehr gut. Der Service war eher sehr zurückhaltend, gab sich aber Mühe. Es waren vielleicht auch Auszubildende. Aber es tat dem Abend kaum Abbruch. Ich denke, ich komme schnell noch mal wieder.

Der Service war bis zur Hauptspeise ok, danach saßen wir bis zur Rechnung vor den schmutzigen Tellern. Der Wein wurde auch nicht mehr nachgeschenkt. Der Gänsebraten war nicht heiß und nicht kross, ziemlich labberig! Also im Ganzen alles suboptimal!

Wir hatten das Menü zum Restaurant-Karussell. Das Essen war sehr gut, kreativ und schmackhaft. Der Service war flink und umtriebig. Es gab einen Patzer im Ablauf und daraus resultierend eine unangemessene Reaktion, daher ein Sternchen Abzug. Aber zusammenfassend war es ein sehr schöner Abend.

Bis auf die Lautstärke gibt es nix zu meckern. Der Kellner war aber sehr bemüht sich darum zu kümmern,dass man sich unterhalten konnte.

Verwelkte und matschige Salatblätter bei der Vorspeise, verkochte Nudeln, gesalzene Saucen, knallhartes Parfait und keine gute Fleischqualität, werden uns davon abhalten, noch einmal das hauseigene Restaurant "Mumm" zu besuchen. Das Hotel lässt hingegen keine Wünsche offen. Schade, dass das nicht zusammenpasst!
