- MMatthewvipNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoAmazing food and great service. One of the best spots in NY for a special dinner. Lower level is definitely busier and more energetic. Prices are off the charts, but food is always spot on.More infoNobu Downtown | RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Financial District•4.7
- CCatNew York City •12 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoEverything was delicious, service was impeccable. I love to see teamwork. The hostess, servers and busboy were very attentive, fast and knowledgeable. The noise level and ambiance was perfect. All the food came out in a quick succession — appetizers/ wine, the pizza/ more wine, main course, then dessert. We had a small table, and with each course, the staff was attentive and cleared our table, replaced plates and utensils and packed the food we couldn’t finish — then moved onto the next! The food was AMAZING. My favorite dish was the forest mushroom pizza, which I highly recommend. It has Truffle Roasted Mushrooms, Scallions, Fontina al Agosta. We also ordered: - polpette meatballs: Meatballs that Beat Bobby Flay! San Marzano Tomatoes. Three Per Order - cacio e pepe: Linguine, Parmigiana-Reggiano, Black Pepper. - penne bolognese - Chianti - sauvignon blanc - malbec - tiramisu: Savoiardi, Mascarpone, Amaretto, Cocoa. Wish we could have tried more on their menu. Everything we ordered was top notch. Highly recommend!More infoGran MorsiPrice: Expensive• Italian• TriBeCa•4.8

Discover New York
When a city never sleeps, waking hours are spent in cafes, diners, bars and restaurants of every shape and size that give New York its unique flavor. Once famous for pizza by-the-slice (local loyalties run deep), black-and-white cookies, and old world, mahogany-paneled steakhouses—the dining rooms of titans of business and other famous folks—Manhattan is now estimated to have 24,000 restaurants, from midtown’s korean barbecue to fast casual vegan burgers. Pillowy pork buns? You got it. French rotisserie? That too. And, of course, there will always be the perfect bagel, preferably toasted dark with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onions, and capers.
