   I’m sure any day other than Valentine’s Day would’ve been good. food was eh, service was worse, the ambiance was nice.

   Pretty pricey, just about $300 for 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes and 2 drinks with tax and tip. The food and service were great though and the place is beautiful.

   Very lovely spot. Food was pretty good, but the price for the valentine experience was a bit ridiculous for what you get. Definitely don’t get your moneys worth. Seating outside was ok. The service was lackluster and the lights outside kept getting knocked out due to the real hack way they were wired up. Was pretty upsetting to keep having the lights go out and be in the dark for long periods at a time. Honestly the price of the experience was more than what they offer. Been to far nicer and better quality everything restaurants for far cheaper as well.

   Madison always has well crafted delicious food options and fantastic cocktails. Atmosphere is lively, classy, and comfortable without being pretentious.

   There was a terrific jazz ensemble playing the evening we were there which we enjoyed very much. The food was good - it came out so fast - maybe 5 min after ordering but my entree of ravioli was not very hot. Nice neighborhood spot. Service was ok; our waitress was not too friendly. After pointing out there were large pieces of sediment in my wine glass she said that’s normal and did not offer to do anything about it.

    The food at Madison is great. I am writing specifically in this review about the dinner with dogs. When i got to the restaurant with my dog, i told them we were here for that. They did not provide a menu and had to ask if it was happening even though the reservation was specific for that. After another request they finally brought us the menu. The food looked amazing for the dog. Luckily before i gave my dog the metal bowl, i burnt my hand on the bottom, so i put it up on the table to check it out. The dog food was incredibly hot and would have easily burned my dog since it burned my hand through the bowl. I stirred it for about 5-10 minutes to get all the steam out and then he loved it. My dog could have seriously been injured if i hadn’t accidentally touched the bowl first. If they are going to advertise a dog event then they need to be a little more careful.
