After traveling all over, I found my favorite Spanish Tapas bar. Solea had options for my vegetarian friends and lots of seafood option. Petra was phenomenal and provided great service. The oceano paella is to die for, especially the flavorful rice at the bottom(my wife scraped off it clean). Definitely a must try!

We had a very nice experience at the restaurant. The customer service was phenomenal and we will go again. We tried a few seafood based appetizers, a few paneer vegetarian curries and biryani rice specialities. And topped with a Kulfi Falooda and all of it was tasty and worth it. Tejas who was serving us provided with a lovely customer service experience and recommended some of the food items. All of their staff were courteous and ready to provide exceptional ambience experience. We will be back!

Outstanding. Exceptional. A Total Gem. Don't miss. The food was simple amazing. Terrific service, comfortable atmosphere. Everything we tried was so delicious, well prepared and presented elegantly. Unexpected to find such good pasta dishes on Moody Street in Waltham, but don't fight it - just go eat there. I can't wait to go again.

Had a great server, Glen, and the food was not excellent but well above average, and fairly priced. The beer list is impressive, and cocktails are reasonable. It’s loud, but if a bustling sports bar is your jam, it’s a good choice.

We were a large...and sometimes noisy...group of family diners that met for dinner on a Friday evening at the Chateau in Waltham. Despite it being a very busy time of the week and our unexpectedly adding an additional diner to our reservation at the last minute we were still graciously greeted and accommodated by their staff. Our server Kelly was phenomenal and clearly knew how to handle a large table of diners. She was polite, professional and personable. Every request was accurately met and her pleasant and efficient approach was very much appreciated. Our meals were delivered to us in a timely manner, too, and she made sure we were taken care of the entire time we dined there. She was extremely organized as well when it came time to settle the tab and a truckload of credit cards and cash were given to her to make that happen. It was no problem for her whatsoever. The Chateau in Waltham has been serving diners for decades and never once in all the years I have dined there have I ever had a bad experience. Excellent experience! It was our first time here. The ambiance, service and food were all very good! We enjoyed crab cakes starter, entrees of filet mignon with the mashed Yukon gold potatoes, halibut with rainbow carrots and dessert of real (no green dye or almond extract overload here) pistachio gelato and after dinner drinks of Salted Caramel Biscotti martini and Chocolate Hazelnut. All delicious and visually pleasing! Will return and keep in mind for a group gathering too.

The lunch hour was busy but the staff handled the crowd with ease. I thought the Reuben sandwich was delicious and the French fries were just enough to satisfy but not overwhelm. I would return to dine for lunch here.
