Have been there several times but We asked if the crawfish were fresh last night was told yes but we know fresh verses frozen and these were definitely frozen and for the price don’t lie. They up charged them because of Fat Tuesday, also service was very slow on getting our water to the table we were half way done with dinner before we got water on the table. One good thing the oysters were amazing but we won’t be going back. Need to make sure they are staffed up for events and don’t say fresh when they definitely arent we would rather tell the true than mis lead us and then upcharge.

While visiting our son in Vegas we learned were googling restaurants and stumbled across Lola’s. As lovers of Nola and the food we decided to give it a try. The food was so good!!! We haven’t had food like that outside of New Orleans and we were so impressed. We will definitely return every time we visit our son. Also, everyone was so nice and attentive.

First time going to Lola's. The food was good. Jambalaya was a little to thick on the tomato sauce and seemed like it was pure tomato paste. Not as flavorful as I was expecting. We went during lunchtime and it was quiet but busy. I would go there again to experience other items on the menu hoping to up the Louisiana food experience!

Never again! We have been loyal customers since the grand opening of the original Charleston location. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. Our appetizer arrived after the entrees (10 minutes later), so we sent it back, only to watch our server give it away as a complimentary dish to another table nearby. My husband’s BBQ shrimp was drenched in sauce, with a tiny lump of rice that had clearly been sitting under a heat lamp, it just melted into the sauce. We also placed a simple to-go order for a soft shell crab po-boy. After 20 minutes of waiting, the owner finally came by and said it would be a few more minutes. 15 minutes later, with no food in sight, we gave up and asked for our check. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once were our drinks refilled. To top it off, the owner offered no apology, just complete indifference. We were literally ignored for 35 minutes while waiting for the to-go order. And it wasn't even busy during that time. Save yourself the trouble and dine elsewhere.

We’ve always enjoyed Lola’s. Our crab cake appetizer was great, my traditional jambalaya was very tasty. My wife ordered fettuccine Alfredo with deep fried chicken. The deep fried chicken was the best tasting chicken breast either of us has ever had s as d my wife orders Caesar salad with chicken all the time. The fettuccine Alfredo didn’t have much flavor. It seemed to both of us that it could use more cheese, preferably Parmesan Reggiano. We shared a bananas Foster for desert and loved it. Overall we’d give our experience about 4.9.

Lola’s - A Louisiana Kitchen is a great spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Paulina), solid beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bites are their Tchoupitoulas, their Shrimp (Bronzed) & Grits, and their Chicken Strips. We recommend Lola’s - A Louisiana Kitchen.

Justyn had fantastic service, he was fast and polite. He was there just enough that we never missed him but not so much that we felt pressured. The restaurant was also very accommodating, seating us in the courtyard per our reservation request. I look forward to returning soon!
