Our server, Blake, took great care of us. He knew the menu well and his recommendations were perfect. Blake had several tables but kept checking on us to make sure we had our drinks, got our food, and followed up on drink reorders. We enjoyed the excellent food and were well taken care of.

One of the best parts of skiing Sun Valley is lunch at ROUNDHOUSE! Between the excellent service and the phenomenal views you can’t ask for more. Having said that don’t miss the Hagerman Smoked Trout Cake it is spectacular.

Trail Creek Cabin is Sun Valley’s destination for romantic dining in a rustic, western atmosphere. Originally built in 1937, this mountain-style log cabin-turned-restaurant sits right next to the rambling waters of Trail Creek, with a jaw-dropping view of Bald Mountain in the distance.

Trail Creek Cabin is closed for the winter season and will re-open in December of 2024. For private events, please call 208.622.2047.

Located 1.5 miles east of the Sun Valley Lodge (half a mile past the Sun Valley Club).
