Chop Steakhouse in the NE is very comfortable. The food was fantastic and the steak was prepared exactly like we ordered it. The server was very attentive (almost too attentive as she interrupted conversations more than she needed to) but we didn't have to search for her ever. Overall, it was a lovely evening with relatives to celebrate a 60th birthday.

This restaurant was recommended to me by my son and it was a wonderful experience. The ambience was lovely and the service excellent. The steaks were done perfectly and our salmon was delicious. The only thing that would have been better, is to include a vegetable with the dinner and not have to buy on the side. We will be going return!

After today, this has officially become one of my favorite restaurants. The service was absolutely exceptional. For the first time in Canada, I tried French onion soup, and it was incredible—so flavorful and perfectly prepared. The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the cheesecake? Pure perfection! Hands down the best I’ve ever had in Canada—just unreal. Highly, highly recommend! A special shoutout to our server, Dustin. He was beyond amazing—so attentive, kind, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. It was our wedding anniversary, and it was so important to us that everything went smoothly, and thanks to Dustin, it was perfect. Host was really unwelcoming. Our server was friendly although had a lot of tables, bar service was super slow, nor did anyone ask if we were “celebrating anything” which we happened to be (as indicated in our reservation). Of the two Keg locations in Banff I would rate this location second choice.

We had a great evening at The Living Room. Our food was fabulous! The two of us shared the burrata, the autumn salad, the vitello tonato, the duck confit, and the creme brule. I didn't love the vitello as much as the other dishes, which were stellar. Cooked to perfection and flavorful. We also had fabulous service. I'd recommend it and definitely go back.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday today, we came in at 5pm, there wasn’t a lot of people so the server was able to explain the menu and how-to’s very well. The food came fast, and it was very good. I have the Kyoto Sunrise for drinks, it was very good, it tasted like yogurt drink. I highly recommend the AYCE menu!

With the absence of the bar tender (called in sick) left the staff short handed. The remainder of the staff did an outstanding job juggling a FULL dining room. We enjoyed the SEAFOOD TAGLIATELLE. It was EXCELLENT! We learned the chef came from a Michelin rated restaurant and it showed. We also enjoyed an appetizer of Tempura shrimp, also excellent. We will definitely return
