Great place to spend any meal but it was extra special on Thanksgiving. The tasting menu had a lot of variety with the Thanksgiving essentials (turkey, stuffing and mash potatoes). Looking forward to my next dining experience.

This was our second visit to Lorenza, as we loved our experience on our first. We enjoyed the Tomas (roasted tomato) soups and our shared chicharron de rib eye. We enjoyed a bottle from their selection of red wines from the Guadalupe Valley -- it was good, but now I cannot recall the name (which was quirky). Our server -- Luis Vicente -- was friendly and skillful. We will come back on our next visit to Tijuana.

Casa Martín does not disappoint. This is our third visit (over two trips to Cabo) and the quality remains high in every way. The menu has something for everyone. We really enjoy the attentive service from start to finish. We highly recommend this restaurant. You will sure want to come back.

Lived up to its reputation. And recommendation from our friends in Canada! Outstanding in every way. Including when they saw I had mobility issues they took me down to the restaurant by golf cart.

The restaurant is lovely, with generous spacing between tables. Very family/children friendly while still being intimate for small parties. The food is gorgeous. Fresh herbs, produce, beautifully sourced proteins. The servings are quite generous. Consider sharing salads. The service was very attentive. The wine steward provided a great recommendation to compliment our entree which ranged from Kurobota pork to prawns. We have been to Acre and Flora Farms and the quality of the food compares quite well without some of the pretense of Acre.

This was my 3rd time at Acre. The first time was just simply amazing. The food was delicious, but I noticed the music was more like “house modern music” last night they had a band, it was awesome, light background music so you can still have a intimate conversation. The food was amazing. We had the appetizer and the Caesar salad. The meatballs were incredible. I also have the short rib raised beef, so tender. The service was incredible. Everyone there takes their job so serious, which I absolutely love compared to the Californians, Bay Area. A manager came over and talked to us for quite some time. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait to go back next time I come to Cabo San Jose.

The food exceeded our expectations. We had the mussels appetizer and it was creative and delicious. The entire meal was simply great. The staff was welcoming and so attentive. The place was nice and the food was good, but I had mentioned in the booking that it was my mums 60th birthday and that we would like to sit outside, which they agreed to but then when we arrived we were sitting inside. We waited a long time to be served and it was quite difficult to get the attention from staff sometimes as they were very busy so we had to wait for a while. It was a nice place and I would go again, but I don’t think it was very special for this occasion as my requests weren’t met.

Food was oddly uneven. We ordered the mezze platter, two appetizers, two sides, a fish to share, and dessert. My date was Greek and had a ton of context on the meal. Greek ceviche and fish roe spread were memorable stars - we ate every bite and considered getting more and I want to rave about them everywhere. Seriously. Barracuda prepared greek style and asparagus were solid, as were several of the other mezze dips, the walnut cake, and the salad. Personally, the kind of hard wheat pita was very much not for me. Overall a lovely evening on a cute patio with very attentive staff. the ceviche is worth the trip!

The peacocks get loud as the sun goes down. Go earlier than our 6 pm reservation. But they weren’t too distracting. It got chill, so they lit gorgeous heat stacks. Ladies-bring a sweater and scarf! Lovely grounds, plenty of wait help!

Located right across Santo Domingo, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better location. The food was prepared with utmost care. If you like fusion this place is great, but I personally would have preferred a bit more traditional approach to mole than theirs. Overall a great experience.

This is hands down my favorite dining experience of all time. (And that’s saying a lot, because I live in a foodie city.) Everything about La Negra is top notch, including the service, food and ambiance. The staff is welcoming, warm and genuine. They anticipate your needs before you need to ask. The restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is in synch, and they are happy! They never appear to be stressed about the number of tables they have, and the building is very well staffed. The guacamole is to die for, so don’t skip it! I love this place so much that I’m choosing to dine here for the majority of my vacation. The freshest, most delicious food one could hope for!

The only reason I grade the food down is that I tried a couple things I hadn’t tried before and didn’t love them. Not everything new is going to be a great fit. Not the fault of the restaurant. May have been great for someone else. Service was outstanding, really enjoyed several of the items we had and the drinks were good. Prices are on the high side. But that is the be expected when you get to eat at the place with the best views in town!

We make it a point to eat at Hacienda San Angel every year while in Puerto Vallarta. It’s been some of the best food we eat all year. Frankly, we were disappointed this year. While the Coconut and Shrimp soup was delicious as ever, the Caesar Salad was bland and disappointing and my Filet was just Okay. The spicy saucy overpowered the flavor of the beef and the cut was average. My husband had the lamb which he described as “just okay.” This is the only time we’ve ever been disappointed there and hope this isn’t a trend.
