We had a wonderful night at 893 Ryotei. Food was outstanding, service on point (friendly and really helpful) and the venue has a really cool vibe! Also best spots of the house are at the counter so you can see the chefs in action. Definitely a place to come back a 2nd time!

Seit nun zwei Generationen bieten wir Ihnen in der Gaststub zur Bimmlbah', hausgemachte erzgebirgische Speisen mit frischen Produkten aus der Region.

Hierbei treffen Oma´s Rezepte auf junge Küche und bilden damit das Herzstück der Bimm'. Erzgebirgische Speisekultur ist uns eine Herzensangelegenheit, die wir pflegen und bewahren möchten.

Die erzgebirgische Küche kann mit vielen Spezialitäten aufwarten. Die Zubereitung von Speisen und hauseigenen Rezepten sind über Generationen hinweg erhalten geblieben. Aus der Not heraus wurden aus der vorwiegend angebauten Kartoffel die schmackhaftesten Speisen gezaubert. Kombiniert mit Pilzen aus den Wäldern und viel Speck ergab das jedoch deftige, wohlschmeckende Gerichte.

Der Mittelpunkt unseres Restaurants, unser Arbeitmittel, unsere Spielwiese ist unsere Tafel. Diese ändert sich nahezu täglich, mal mehr, mal weniger und auch mal im Laufe eines Abends.

Auf dieser besagten Tafel werdet ihr immer ein veganes und ein vegetarisches Gericht finden und auch immer mindestens zwei Fisch- und zwei Fleischgerichte. Umgeben von verschiedenen Vor- und Nachspeisen, hier und da getoppt von speziellen Angeboten wie zum Beispiel unseren Fischplatten.

Hier findet ihr immer eine nahezu aktuelle Abbildung der Tafel. Aber bitte nehmt es uns nicht übel, wenn ihr diese auch mal nicht 1:1 vorfindet, wenn ihr zu uns in den Laden kommt. Denn wie gesagt: die Kreide ist schnell weggewischt und ein anderes tolles Gericht steht dran.

A wonderful evening with good service and more interaction as usual as we decided to book the chefs table. It was interesting to see how the kitchen is prepared and everyone working in harmony together. The food was outstanding, beginning with several small tasting snacks, followed by 8 well balanced courses. All of them with great different textures and flavors. Some surprising combinations of ingredients and the wine pairing matching the dishes perfectly. Overall well worth to visit.

We were a little limited for time, needing to be at the nearby Laeiszhalle for a concert, so we were served quickly. Service was outstandingly charming, friendly and helpful. The tapas and drinks were all good. It is a tiny, cosy place, with a great atmosphere.

Our second visit to Masa was once again an absolute culinary spectacle! The dishes were perfectly balanced and of the highest quality, complemented by truly exzellent service. This time, we chose the extended menu with Ozaki Wagyu sirloin and eel, paired with delicious wines – highly recommended! A special tip: sit at the bar to watch the masters as they craft each dish into a true work of art. A must for lovers of Japanese cuisine.

Our best meal in Berlin! They serve very creative and delicious takes on German cuisine. Our waiter was outstanding. He offered to order for us, and we are so happy we took him up on that. The dishes (and cocktails) were all wonderful and he selected a nice balance and assortment. The decor is also cozy but elegant. We definitely plan to eat here again when we return.

What an experience! We were seated by the window overlooking the monument of the three white Porsche cars! It is so beautiful at night! The food was really good and the waiters were extremely attentive. A tour of the museum, lunch at the Cafeteria, shopped at the store, a snack at the Cafe and ate at your wonderful restaurant. I would say that it was a great day! Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. The food is at the level of a Michelin starred restaurant. The service is friendly yet very professional. It is a relatively small place and although we were tourists, we felt at home, like a neighborhood restaurant.

Schöner und passender könnte man sich den Rahmen für die Kreationen von Küchenmeister Bernhard Kampmann kaum denken: ein schmuckes Fachwerkhaus aus dem Jahr 1492, mit urigen Balken, einem großen verglasten Deelentor, kuschelige Nischen im ehemaligen Pferdestall oder auf der Galerie, dem einstigen Heuboden.
Eine Atmosphäre wie gemacht für die betont feine westfälische Küche mit der sich der Schlichte Hof zu einer der renommiertesten Adressen der Stadt entwickelt hat. Sowohl die erlesene Küche als auch das liebevoll gestaltete Ambiente des Schlichte Hofs sind Feinschmeckern aus nah und fern in den vergangenen Jahren keineswegs verborgen geblieben.
