Acre was a wonderful way to spend our thanksgiving away from home. The drinks were great, the food was excellent and they accommodated a request I made and the service was top notch. So friendly and attentive. There was a crying baby near us which is not their fault but it was annoying. Doesn’t make it as relaxing . We also had young children awhile ago and were always aware of times of day and what restaurants to take them too. It’s just polite to do that for other adults wanting quiet, peaceful dinners without screaming children.

The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, the atmosphere was a perfect blend of jungle elegance and fine dining, and every dish was simply outstanding. Amazing experience overall! Drinks and food were well woth it, staff was incredible. I got one of the mezcal drinks (not the sweet one) and the broccoli and charred fried onions (forget the name) and the short rib. All great options with great detail and closed the night off with pumpkin pie that was sinful. Will be coming back on my next trip.

This was one of the most spectacular restaurants I’ve been to in the entire world! I went to celebrate my best friend‘s birthday and the service the food and the ambience was perfect. Our server Javier went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The location is romantic. The aesthetic is perfect. I highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

We were in Mexico City for business. Costa Guadiana was recommended to us, and we are happy we dined there. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave us great service throughout the dinner. We started with the ceviche and mushrooms appetizers. Both were seasoned to perfection, and tasted amazing. Our entrees were also delicious. I ordered the filet tacos and my colleague had the fish Veracruz. We also enjoyed their margaritas, made with fresh lime juice and shaken to perfection. We will definitely go back!

The food is good, good ambience, but the waiter was so insisten recommending us the plates with the highest prices, and recommending us extras without telling us it was an extra charge. It is very obvious they want to have you with a big account. That kind of actitud is not a pleasant experience.

Reservation Duration:
Reservations last 1 hour and 30 minutes, allowing time to enjoy our cocktails and unique ambiance.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
The maximum number of guests per reservation is six. For groups of five or more, a deposit of $250.00 MXN per additional guest is required, processed via credit card through Open Table.

Multiple reservations and combining tables from different bookings are not allowed. There is a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show.

Deposits are non-refundable if you do not arrive within the grace period.

Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.

Wonderful Thanking dinner at Toro with excellent take on traditional American dishes. We loved the pumpkin crème brûlée desert in a pumpkin! The turkey was cooked perfectly as was the filet. We stayed next door at the edition but came next door to Toro after hearing how great it is and we are so happy we did. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable on wines. We also tried the salmon roll and truffle fries from their regular menu and loved it. I hope we can come back to eat again this trip or next. Thank you for making our holiday meal so special!
