64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

Lunch that was only meant to be one course but turned into 4 (!). Exceptional quality and simple authentic French cooking. Try the steak tartare and cassoulet. But it's the personal service and welcome that makes this place stand out. We're lucky to have Bavette.

Professional service from start to finish. A glass of Prosecco was a welcome start to the fixed price meal. Carefully prepared dishes were focussed and precise. The veloute was creamy, the pork belly was succulent but not fatty, the venison was tender and pink. Four (different) puddings were idiosyncratic and delicious. Located in a Grade II listed building on Cloth Fair, Cloth Restaurant is part of a historic row of buildings in the City of London that survived the Great Fire of 1666. Down this atmospheric alley opposite St Bartholomew church, Cloth is taking over a double fronted corner site that’s beneath the former home of poet John Betjeman and next door to the two oldest residential buildings in London.

Inside, low ceilings, wood floorboards with antique wall lights and artwork create a cosy, intimate atmosphere, while marble tables, long dark wood banquettes, antique crockery and cutlery will create the feel of a classic bistro.

This is our 4th time with Erst and it’s become our favourite place to dine in Manchester. The menu changes with the seasons but keeps a few of the favourites all year round so we’re always able to order the anchovies, flatbread and beetroot ajo blanco along side discovering something new to rave on about until the next time we join them Last night was the second time we were served by Louie (I’m sorry if that’s not spelt correctly!) who remembered us from a year prior. He authentically and enthusiastically provides the best service we’ve ever experienced in any establishment. His warm, light and knowledgeable approach makes dining with any dietary requirements fun and exciting (which never happens, ever.) Couldn’t recommend erst more!

Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. I am not actually vegan but my wife is and this was a fantastic option for her birthday. It's fine dining but relaxed and the staff are so well informed about all the choices on the menus. We had a lovely time and would certainly go back to see what other gastronomic masterpieces they come up with in future. It's not necessarily cheap as it's a set menu, but we had ten courses (if I counted correctly) of varying sizes and were extremely full by the end and I would say that it is very good value for the level of food and service provided. The brioche course was a particular highlight for me - as someone who doesn't live mushrooms it perhaps opened my eyes a little. Even Swede gets it's moment to shine.

Another amazing meal produced by Daniel and all the staff From being greeted at the door to paying the bill the whole experience is amazing. Everyone works so hard to make sure your experience is the best and the food and its presentation is out of this world with every meal being explained as it arrives from the kitchen. My advice would be to sit at the bar and watch the hard working staff prepare everything to perfection. We went with the set menu and when we were intrigued as to what was in the ingredients Chef took time to not only tell us but also show us the produce which is grown by them in Cheshire. Yes it can get expensive but what price do you pay for locally sourced produce served at this level and with so much dedication

We had late lunch reservations but arrived an hour early and without skipping a beat, we were given a table immediately. The restaurant is beautiful and bright. We ordered from the set lunch menu and enjoyed the aubergine-salan, tikka masala and tadka dal. The cauliflower samosa was perfection. To finish, the date pecan cinnamon was delectable. I’m certain there isn’t anything on the menu that would disappoint. 10 out of 10!

We were greeted as always with lots of smiles and a happy "Buona Sera" from Davide and all the team. Today we were celebrating my husband's birthday and were immediately spoilt with a glass of prosecco each to toast the occasion. We have our favourite dishes that we stick to but this evening we decided to try something new, so the birthday boy had Seppia Fritta followed by Vitello Tonnato and I had the Frittura (which I always have) but tried the Pesce Spada e Melenzane with casarecce pasta, which I might add was absolutely delicious and definitely worth recommending! My son had the spaghetti carbonara, followed by a juicy rib-eye and caprese cake for his dessert. It wouldn't be a birthday without a candle in the cannoli and a quick rendition of Tanti Auguri A Te Once again well done Marcus on a fabulous evening, if you have yet to visit, put it on your list and you won't be disappointed. It will become your new favourite restaurant, it's definitely ours!

We had half a duck for 2 people and it was just enough - you get two servings / sides. We had 11 tapas between four of us. Some qualified for the lunch special deal so we had bread included. Bread was delicious and essential to make the most of the various sauces. We’ve been many times before and once again we were not disappointed. We each have our favourites like the lentils/chorizo and the Gambas al ajillo. Some new ones made it to top of the list : blue cheese croquetas, cauliflower and the baked goat’s cheese(this was a special for the day). We will return with no hesitation.

Wine is as important as food and service at Portland. Our main wine list aims to offer brilliant value on interesting, different wines which we hope you seldom see on restaurant wine lists. Our Single Bottle List contains bins of some of the world’s finest wines and also more accessible offerings from our favourite producers.

Apart from the main restaurant, we hope that our private room and its offer of secluded and separate dining is just the thing for special family events or business meetings.

What a fantastic evening. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the presentation was fun, fresh, and lovely. We also got the wine and cocktail pairing. The drinks were so interesting, and paired perfectly with the food. More importantly, the sommelier explained each wine and cocktail to us, carefully explaining the flavors, why that drink was chosen, and the many tones of the drinks. Was very fun and enlightening. All of the staff (and there were many taking care of us!) were just incredible. Knowledgeable, fun, friendly, personable staff. We even got to tour the kitchen and take pictures with the chef and team. Just a fantastic FIVE hour experience. Thankyou.

Our first time at the Greyhound. We both had the tasting menu which was absolutely lovely. The service is excellent, and we were looked after superbly. It was much more than a meal and more like ‘an experience’. My partner and I were amazed when we left, that we had been there for almost 4 hours. Finally, you know you’re in a place that thinks of everything when they 1. Have a presentation box with different strength reading glasses for those of us that always forget our glasses. 2. At the end of the meal, you are given a bag with 2 gift boxes with breakfast for the next day. Superb all round and we will definitely be back.

A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.

It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Our dining room has limited space and we don’t offer high chairs, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pram or need to adjust your booking size.

Our menus are seasonally-focused and change daily based around the best produce delivered each morning.

We suggest bookings, but do take walk-ins.

We went to QCH based on David Lebovitz May 7, 2024 article about eating in London. He wasn’t wrong. Waiter was witty and knowledgeable. Every course was amazing. Our only regret was that by the time we got to desert, we were no longer able to eat another thing. That’s on us.

Table of five, we had a mix from the main menu & specials of the day. It’s a lovely restaurant, and that was our third time of booking . Lovely friendly staff, good service, and very good on checking I didn’t have allergies due to not wanting the nuts. They double checked which was good .( I just don’t like nuts! )

Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.
An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.

Trivet derives from the age-old cooking utensil - an iron tripod placed over fire to support a cooking pot or kettle - reflecting the warmth and balance which forms Head Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal’s values for the restaurant, as well as their working relationship.

From the very beginning of the creative process, Jonny, Isa and the team think about how food and drink work together. The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.

As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. Monday nights transform into the LaBombe Wine Bar.
