the wait person was professional, attentive and pleasant. The food presentation was nice; however, my order of tacos were overwhelmed with pickled onions which took away from the overal flavor. I removed 80% of the onions just because there were too many. I spent all evening tasting those onions over and over. The ceviche was overpowerly spicy and not enough fish variety. Not at all what was expected based on past experiences. We always have had a nice, tasteful meal for many years here, but will think about coming back. Very disappointing.

The Tabernash Tavern is a really interesting restaurant in a small town outside Winter Park, Colorado. Awesome atmosphere, unique food options and flavorful pairings. Meals are a bit pricey and they tack on a "living wage" surcharge to each ticket. Most meals with a glass of wine, appetizer and tip are $100+ per person.

Excellent server. Upbeat. Friendly. Funny. Good recommendations. Noise in the restaurant was quite loud for comfortable conversation, but reflected the joyful season spirit (and CSU’s winter graduation.) Food and margaritas delicious, as always.

The food was very good. The service was very good. I only gave them this score because of the way we smelled when we left. We couldn’t even stand ourselves in the car. We had to shower the second we got home. 100% stinky. Super bad. I had to wash everything fast. Maybe there is zero ventilation in the restaurant? I smelled like I spent 8 hours in smash burger.

Unfortunately we were not able to have dinner at Stark’s Alpine Grill due to the restaurant being closed. I read a past review that had a similar experience. That being said, OpenTable should update this and make sure they close off the times if it is not open. I also suggest those that make a reservation double check with the hotel receptionist to see if it’s open or not. We were able to go to the restaurant for breakfast and were very happy with how our food came out.

The food was great and prompt! The service was ok. Was left a jug of water for 4 people that only filled two and half cups and getting their attention for water and drinks was challenging. It’s these little things that go a long way.

Stanley Marketplace is a great place to eat and shop. My dinner at La Comida was ok. The margarita was too bitter. The skirt steak burrito filling was delicious but it came warm instead of hot and the tortilla wasn’t even warm or soft. My friend said her tamales were good but not great. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the ambiance. It was a little noisy but not so bad that we couldn’t talk.

A new favorite. The service and food were excellent. Joshua is a throwback waiter, just top shelf. Happy hour prices very reasonable. Tasty music at the perfect volume for conversation. The decor is beautiful. My only request would be to revisit the lighting. The chandeliers are beautiful but overpowered by the harsh LED lights that, for me at least, killed the otherwise warm and welcoming atmosphere. For sure I’ll be back. So good!
