Emmer & Rye is a restaurant designed around the farmer’s haul, featuring a menu that changes daily with a focus on seasonal and local cuisine. Heirloom grains are milled fresh for house made pastas, breads, and desserts, whole animal butchery is done on site, and an extensive in house fermentation program captures flavors at their peak and preserves them for the off season.

We celebrated a birthday brunch and had a really lovely meal. The birthday guest was presented with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, which was very sweet, however ended up added to our bill. We opted to not make a big deal, since we were dining with a baby in a high chair who made a little mess, and even though we cleaned up some, the staff were super nice and said they'd take care of it. The food was really good, we got the doughnut holes, a couple of fennel sausage stratas (the sprouts on the strata were slightly chewy but fresh and edible), pancakes, and ricotta scrambled eggs, and a couple bloody marys. The kids had plain scrambled eggs which was not on the menu but offered by the wait person. Also really nice. The wait was reasonable, everyone working couldn't have been nicer. It would have been nice to sit out on the patio, but the weather was pretty cold, so we stayed inside. I'd go back.

SBP is an amazing spot. The food is delicious. They have a set menu as well tapas style dishes they present to you. These items run from $6-$16. Great spot to go with a few friends. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

Our kitchen sources from a variety of locales with significance placed on Colorado and West Coast farmers, ranchers, and fishers. Basta is located in the center of the Peloton Condominium Complex.

We really enjoyed the selection of amaros, the trout and the chicken, and the concept of choosing a few incredible vegetables and polenta or potatoes on the side. All was really tasty, definitely worth dining out for!

Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. The farmstead offers 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required and limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays at noon for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays through Sundays only. this review is for the farm dinner setup. what a breath of fresh air in today's fading dining-out world. phenomenally vibrant, complex, flavors across the entire menu. fresh, harvested on-site, ingredients. committed/engaged chef. owner operated, with a loyal staff of support crew who are believers in the mission and hospitality. the build-out of the cabanas and common areas is gorgeous. wood-fired cast-iron stoves are an awesome touch.

Three of us went for our (very small!) firm holiday party - and it was amazing. I’d say the wine pairing was a bit pricey but the wines were definitely all good and thoughtfully paired with the dishes. You won’t walk away from here saying “I can make this at home”. One of the best tasting menus I’ve had.

Kachka features an award-winning menu of post-soviet inspired dishes including famous dishes such as the Herring under a fur coat, Rabbit in a clay pot, dumplings and much more.
