Second time to eat here on our anniversary and it’s always worth it. The steaks are amazing and the appetizers and sides are so well thought out and delicious. Then comes Missouri Butter Cake that… well I can’t describe it. Jason made our anniversary so special and was so kind.

Overall, the food at Level 2 is quite good. It may not be extraordinary, but it's definitely enjoyable. However, I found the prices to be on the higher side and could benefit from some adjustments. Now, here’s where I encountered a significant issue. Before dinner, my wife and I decided to stop by the bar/lounge that belongs to the restaurant (I can’t recall its name). I ordered a single pour of Buffalo Trace Bourbon and Diet Coke, while my wife opted for a Smirnoff and soda. When I settled the bill before heading to dinner, I was shocked to see it totaled $60. I asked the bartender if this was correct, and he confirmed that my drink was priced at $35 plus tax and my wife’s around $15. I expressed my disbelief, pointing out that Buffalo Trace is a $30 bottle of bourbon (750ml), and the price for a single ounce was more than the cost of the entire bottle—assuming they were buying at retail. The bartender replied that he didn't set the prices. I mentioned that I’ve never paid anything close to that for a single ounce of Buffalo Trace and suggested that customers should be warned about such steep prices. To add to the absurdity, I overheard a gentleman nearby lamenting that he was charged $55 for a single pour of Eagle Rare Whiskey. I leaned over and told him he shouldn’t feel too bad—at least his one pour wasn’t costing more than an entire bottle, like mine did. Eagle Rare retails for around $70! I genuinely believe this establishment risks losing many customers due to such price gouging. If they want to charge a bit more because they’re a Hilton hotel, that’s understandable, but they shouldn’t take it to the extreme with individual drink prices. In a rather ironic twist, when we sat down for dinner, I chose to have Basil Hayden bourbon instead, which was priced at a more reasonable $16 for a single pour. Basil Hayden is typically a $50 bottle, compared to Buffalo Trace at around $30. Clearly, whoever is responsible for their pricing needs to be investigated.

Prime rib was delicious. Creamed spinach- excellent. Service was ok- the server was great but he was the only waiting tables on a Friday night. I felt terrible for him! At this price point, this is insane.
