   quite honestly, it was the worst service for $$$ we have ever spent. We had to find the waiter to order so ended up not getting apps, food delivered, waiter never checks back and until we find them so no dessert. It was not crowded, but its off the list for work functions and social. food was ok, but not the $$$ level.

   We were at a restaurant for dinner. We have dined there on numerous occasions, so not our first experience. Appetizers were delicious (octopus, tempura sea bass, and beef tartare). Ribeye was well prepared and a side of mushrooms was delicious. The special dinner entrees of octopus , jumbo prawns and purple potato felt like an afterthought. Almost like a chef needed to get rid off extra ingredients. Both potato and octopus were overdone, and shrimp was not fresh. Also the plate itself looked rushed, and very unattractive. Service was rushed, and a bit dismissive.

   Service was great. Highly recommend the Roast Beet Salad. It’s an elevated version to a classic and was surprising. Chocolate and Butterscotch Bread Pudding was stellar and I’m still thinking about it. Cream of spinach was ok. Sautéed mushrooms was a wide variety of mushrooms and is probably a mushroom lover’s dream. Cucumber refresher was awesome. Outdoor seating feels like indoor seating, but in a fish bowl. We ordered the Tomahawk steak for two. The steak was cooked and seasoned well. However, for $150 it was not worth it. It was probably around 24oz of “meat” but a third of it was fat chunks. I would not recommend this and would instead get a different steak.

   We've dined at LB steak many times in the past and have enjoyed the meal. This time not so much. The tomahawk was mediocre at best. They put some bizarre garnish on it that's never been there previously. The meat was cooked rare as ordered but the flavor was lacking and the amount of gristle was excessive . Service was okay, they didn't bring place settings for the appetizer until we were about half finished with it. The bone marrow and salad were good, the lb potato is a pass it's definitely a disappointment. Brussels sprouts are always good. All in all it was an okay dinner, missing the mark for a nice dinner by a significant margin.

   It was a lovely experience and food was pretty good. I really liked the pork chop that I ordered.

   Our server was great, drinks were great food was great but the only thing that was disappointing was that we didn’t get to try the Mac n cheese which we were very excited for.

   Despite being a busy valentines day, service and food were amazing. We had a reservation and the table was ready on time. Definitely coming back. Really great experience!

   Sent food back twice . The room Was filled with car exhaust. Table looked unprofessional with a cheap tea light. Service was slow … never 👎 to return!

   Everything was great, except for the service. Our server seemed nonexistent, and at one point spilled 1/3 of my cocktail on the table with nothing more then a sorry. We had to flag them down a couple of times to order. I understand. It was Valentine’s Day, but they seemed well staffed, so not really sure what was going on. That’s why they did reservation only to avoid any service issues. Other than that the food was cooked perfectly. Everything tasted great. The atmosphere was very enjoyable.

    We’ve been to this restaurant for dinner two times before and had a wonderful experience, however, this specific experience was different. The service was poor. Yes it was Valentine’s Day, but we sat outside where they have extra seating and that area was not that busy during our 430pm reservation. The server was not very pleasant throughout and when we asked for the tab, he kinda threw down the receipt without the check presenter book and it was even the wrong receipt! In regards to the food, my 8oz med rare filet mignon was undercooked while my fiancé’s boneless ribeye was overcooked, it looked like a pork chop on the inside….also ordered med rare. Overall, it was a truly disappointing Valentine’s Day dinner. Not sure we will return to this steakhouse.
