   Branzino was too salty and had a heavy soy flavor. Their $6 bread service was not good, it has changed. They only served one type of bread (wheat) it was not warm and was bland. Apparently it’s supposed to come with two types of bread but they were out of the other type and did not tell us until after we received it and asked. Salads were not served together. Bread was served after salad very odd. Drinks were served after salad. The order of food was very odd.

   Food was great. However our drinks took forever to come and also our server took a long time to come and ask for our order

   Very Mid service. Not attentive at all. They forgot our drinks. I understand it was a holiday but that’s something that they should take into account and prep for especially at such a high quality steak house in the location it is at (Santana Row). We sat down at 6:05pm and ordered out food within 15 min of sitting down. We didn’t get our steaks out until 7:10. Almost an hour waiting for our main course. Without the server coming to check up on us or even saying “sorry for the wait, can I get you anything else in the meantime. Maybe another drink?” Nothing But the food is amazing. Very tasty. Very fine. And the Hostess was amazing. Super nice and she was very helpful and accommodating to our baby girl that we brought along with us to dinner. Maybe we’ll give it another try. Could have just been a very bad night for the servers.

   We had a pleasant lunch yesterday. Our food was good. My wife enjoyed the LB steak sandwich and I the 6oz. filet Mignon with the bordelaise sauce and a side of mashed potatoes. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambiance was pleasant and festively decorated for the holidays.

   Every single dish that came out was cold. The fish Chilean bass was very musty, the oysters were very fishy smelling scallops were cold. All our food that came out was cold. My steak was supposed to be medium. Well, it was medium rare, it was not a good experience and we still got charged a lot

   Both of our steaks were not cooked as ordered. No problem, the staff re-did our order and we had new meals. Very happy with how the issue was handled.

   Ordered the Tomahawk for 2 to share. The 48oz steak was sliced in a weird way where there was only 6 slices of meat. We ordered medium rare and it came out pretty much raw. When we ordered dessert, the waiter brought them out and slammed them on the table so hard the blueberries from the creme brulee popped out of the dish. Really upsetting for a $600 meal for 3 adults. I'd rather spend the same amount at the other steak restaurant across the street.
