   Service was excellent. Tasting menu very good, inspired. Overall wine pairing was adequate, with 2 faulty wines. I would return, but order bottles from the wine list

   the food was delicious, the service was as good as the food. I recently stopped drinking and was worry about missing out without the pairing. However Lauri Raphael has this extraordinary concept of pairing mocktail with food and it was even better than alcool. I was absolutely pleased with the drinks they made, with the bar tender coming to explain all the flavour pairing. Truly good experience. Also one of the dish we actually didn't like (personal taste, I dont like a certain aliment) and the cook made us another entirely different. That was thoughtful

   We loved how you entered through the kitchen, very unique!! The service & staff were great and excellent attention to detail throughout. We experienced longer than usual wait times between the majority of our last courses. The dinner lasted much longer than we had anticipated after a long travel day and that was the only downside to the meal. Beautiful spot with unique and gorgeous dishes.

   We have been there multiple times. It never disappoints. The different times we have been there, we have never been served the same dish twice. Definitely on my list of top five in my opinion.

   What an amazing dining experience. The service was impeccable, the food was truly 5 star French and it all was experienced in an elegant and upscale setting. It is the perfect place to go for a special occasion celebration or when you’re in the mood for the best Quebec has to offer. Don’t miss it!

    A culinary experience! But be prepared to be there for 4 hours. The meal is spaced out over a 4 hour period of time. If you happen to be tired the evening you go, it can drag on.
