Better food at the free buffet at Hampton inn, because fairmont buffet was literally empty. Empty basket with sign for pasties. Empty bowl for pancakes, only fruit available was melon. Never replaced pastries in the hour we were there. The servers are outstanding and hardworking, tracked down a croissant from room service for our child and made me a to go cup of coffee.

do yourself a favor and not eat here! I’ve tried two times now and everytime the service is poor and the quality of food is terrible. Save yourself the $$ and go to McDonald’s for better food and service for that matter!

Went there for holiday tea with my girls as holiday treat. Beautiful space and had high expectations considering it was the Fairmlnt Service was subpar for the price, as the wait staff seemed tired and possibly overwhelmed. Sandwiches were okay but nothing special. I expected more for the price of the holiday tea. Glad I went once to experience it but probably not going back.

Major regrets on this ultra expensive experience - food came after 90 minute wait.. zero value for money, basic sandwiches and dessert squares. Cold biscuits and scones. Everything served on basic white teacups and plates - no masterful touch of a true holiday high tea. Think twice before you waste your precious dollars.

Had a lovely, leisurely holiday tea experience amidst the hustle and bustle of the year's end. Staff was attentive and smooth, but our server, Oscar, put the experience over the top. He sprinkled cheer every time he came to our table, even though we were there on the second to the last day of holiday teas for 2024 and toward the end of the seatings for the day. The food was delicious. A vegetarian course was offered as an option. Memorables: lemon curd, buttermilk scone, sandwiches: New York strip, prosciutto & asparagus, asparagus & yuzu shallots, dessert: macadamia & orange tartlet. There was a pianist providing background music. A little hard to hear at first, but as the number of guests dwindled, easier to hear. The price is increased during the holiday season, but if you want to have a very special bit of time-off, you deserve this.

The holiday high tea experience is a marvelous way to celebrate the season! The sandwiches and canapes are excellent as are the scones accompanied by clotted cream, lemon curd, and strawberry jam. The setting is elegant and the gingerbread house near the entrance to the restaurant will delight everyone.

Our first annual girl's only family tradition was a total success. Our servers were friendly, smiling, and they kept our glasses full. We were well taken care of. All eight of us loved the delectable tea sandwiches and scrumptious desserts. The Elf delighted the children with her magic and pet mouse. The little ones left with a solid chocolate Santa and we all left with the delicious caramel chocolate peppermint popcorn. The round table that was right behind the gingerbread house was a perfect place to dine. Many thanks to all who made our afternoon tea so memorable.

We did the Holiday Tea to be festive. We love a high tea but this one was super overpriced for what we got. A pot of tea, four small sandwiches and four small treats and one glass of champagne for $150 + 20% tip. This should have been $80 tops. Very festive ambiance and good service just way overpriced.
