   We had an amazing experience. The service was all around first-class. Yvan was our sever, very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. We had virgin watermelon margaritas that were out of this world!!! Fresh guacamole was a perfect start!!!

   Arrived at 7:15. Reservation for 7:30. Seated at 8:20. Food delivered at 9:30. Food was not worth paying for. How do you have dry ceviche? No juice and served warmer than my husbands plate with beans. Spoke with manger and only responded with “I’m sorry, we are very busy tonight”. Gave her til 9:30 to have food or we would leave. Food showed up exactly at 9:30. This is an established restaurant, that during the holiday are well aware of crowds and being busy. Once food was served never saw the manger or server again. Literally had to go find some one to pay our bill. Then to top it off, woke up in the middle of the night dry heaving. The few bites of ceviche I did eat decided to exit my body. Never again! Do better Las Campanas!

   Nearly 45 minute Waite even though we had reservations. They claimed they had more than usual customers, but restaurant looked very light given the Festival of Lights season. It took about an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering.

   We waited over 45 minutes yesterday with our little girl so hungry. If the restaurant was honest and told us it would take this long, we could have gone elsewhere. In stead, we were asked to wait and told 15mins was the wait. The food was cold, we didn't get water in the table for over 30mins. Overall, it was very disappointing and we drove from so far to experience your restaurant.

   I’ve been here before and loved the experience but this it was a bit chaotic. I had reservations and still had to wait for a table. I know it’s a busy time of the year but there’s needs to be better organization specially for reservations.

   The food was terrible! The food had no flavor other than excessive amounts of oil. I orders sopes and the sopes came with just the bread and protein, they had no beans on them so I had to use the beans from my side and reassemble the sope correctly, Food took over an hour as well! We heard murmuring the entire meal from other unhappy people that had waited nearly 2 hours for their food! A few tables around us simply got up and left with frustration! We waited months to come here as part of the Light Festival but we will not her returning here again

   We love going to the Festival of Lights and it's wonderful to be able to sit outside and enjoy a great meal during the festivities

    Food was -good-, on par with any good Mexican restaurant you've been to, but not -great-. Service was pretty poor. Had to ask for our waiter about 20 minutes after being seated, was had not been greeted yet. We continued to only see our waiter about 3 times total throughout the entire night.
