    The food just wasn’t great. The tortilla soup tasted like a tomato soup base from a can. The guacamole had no salt and they didn’t have any salt on the table. The ceviche was just blah- needed more lime juice. I was highly disappointed with the food. The ambiance was nice; the workers were great and even brought us our own personal heater. The menu items need work. Maybe have a Mexican person FROM Mexico who knows Mexican food well help upgrade the menu flavors.

    This is a long-standing restaurant in Laguna Beach in a lovely location. Views from the restaurant are outstanding, but what you are paying for is the view. I had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce and my husband had a salad with grilled chicken. The food was serviceable, but a bit over-priced for what you get. The waiter seemed over-worked; we had to wait for him to take our order, and then again to give us our bill. The supporting waitstaff were fine. We have lived in Laguna for more than 40 years, and haven't been to Las Brisas for more than 10 years. We were taking advantage of a discount to dine there, but otherwise it will be a while before we return. On the positive side, Las Brisas is really in a lovely location, with great night-time views over Laguna Beach. So for out-of-towners who want to continue to enjoy the ambience of the town, it merits serious consideration.

    Delicious food, loved the crab and shrimp rellenos - along with the lobster and steak enchiladas. Yum! Great margaritas to enjoy the beautiful view of Laguna Beach. Great service, we’ll be back! Oh and the cheesecake was delicious. Had to share, we were fully satisfied

    The weather was perfect if you don’t know this restaurant has been here since the 30’s it was called Victor Hugo back then in 1978 or so it was changed to Las Brisas. Our wonderful waiter was excellent he gave us the above information about the restaurants history with photos amazing the changes Laguna Beach has gone through. Great service, great food and that beautiful view stunning

    Brunch on the weekends was disappointing las Brisas is not the same anymore gone way down hill - the place was dead and brunch was $52 each fixed menu

    it was just okay. i made the reso for a saturday not realizing the only do a 4 course brunch menu. it was just too much food and very expensive. the service was also kind of slow. overall i think this place is overhyped. if they didn’t have the prefixed menu, it might be better. views are great!
