Restaurants near Worldmark Hotel, San Francisco

From the onset of our arrival we were warmly greeted by the hostess and owner. We were given a lovely table upstairs near the window and had wonderful appetizers of warm bread, lobster bisque soup and the amuse bouche, which was a tasty olive spread. Our meals were both lamb, one with the bone marrow supplement and boy was that tasty. Our wine accompaniment was the lovely bordeaux and newer lighter red wine, both great pairing with the lamb. Additionally we each had desserts of profiteroles and warm apple crisp with creme fraiche. A jewel right down town, who knew!!!!

We had a lovely time and enjoyed the high tea very much. The food was delicious except the curry chicken salad on croissant had no flavor and was dry. Everything else was wonderful. The service was excellent. It was a fun splurge.

Starlite Bar never disappoints, and that’s thanks to the incredible team led by David, the amazing GM, and Lydsney, the hostess extraordinaire. Every time I visit, Lydsney ensures I’m seated at the perfect table, making the experience feel personal and special. David’s leadership is evident in the impeccable service and attention to detail that define Starlite. The atmosphere is unmatched, the drinks are always spot-on, and the vibe is just right. This place truly sets the bar high—I can’t wait to return!

Dinner was amazing... our little wait person was new so things took longer than expected but the general manager stepped in and assisted her and we were not in a hurry so it ended up being a wonderful experience. I would highly suggest eating dinner at Mastros in SF
