My dinner experience last night was nothing short of exceptional! Every morsel of the steak and pasta was a masterclass in flavor and texture. 30 day wet age - 10oz Beef Filet with fresh blue crab fonduta, wood grilled and sliced to perfection. Cacio e pepe spaghetti. Red Ash in Austin is pushing the boundaries of Italian cuisine.. make sure to add it to your bucket list!! We drive up there just to eat at this spot.. be sure to book your reservations well in advance, as they're always in high demand! Beautiful atmosphere and amazing service every time!

Had a delightful dinner at Peacock with my husband. All of the wonderful appetizers were much appreciated and truly incredible. We could not pick a favorite but definitely lean toward the flavor forward dumplings. The shrimp kebab was perfectly grilled - smoky on the outside, tender inside, and served over fragrant rice that soaked up all the Mediterranean spices. My husband's lamb chops were cooked to a perfect medium-rare with a beautiful crust and generous portion size. We enjoyed meeting Natascha and had a nice chat with our server Luigi from Italy . Service was attentive without being overbearing, . The modern yet warm atmosphere made for a lovely date night. We were never fans of restaurants within a hotel but this is certainly an exception. Everything was perfect.

We love the original El Alma so tried the south location. A big positive is plenty of parking. Our wait person was great and really sweet. The food was good. My biggest suggestion is to put some dimmers on the lights! I felt like I was in a cafeteria. The other location is so cozy and pretty. Just sayin’😊
