Restaurants near Waterfall Glen County Forest Preserve

As usual, Jamison’s did not disappoint. We went for a birthday dinner and had the pork chops had the pork chops, the artichoke chicken and a strip steak with a grilled octopus appetizer. Everything was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We love that they include soup and salad with the meal and that everything is not à la carte as most places are these days . It’s a great value and great food. 

The sea bass special was delicious as was the chicken vesivio and the the papardele. We also had the stuffed mushrooms for starters which were terrific. Tony C is a great server.

Food was awesome. Waitress and manager were very attentive. I would definitely return. Value was great. Took home my leftovers as portions were huge and also took home another choice entree free. Dessert was enough for a table of 4+. Took dessert home also. Great time. Noise level low so you can have a conversation. My new favourite place.

We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation and everything was outstanding! The selection of food, the beautiful ambiance.. nobody rushed us (we loved that) I have never given any one place a perfect score but I had to for this wonderful place! We can’t wait to come back!

Table side Guacamole was amazing. Our waitress was excellent. When she found out we had a Gluten allergy at the table she brought fresh chips. Food was delicious and raspberry mojito was yummy.
