We’ve been long time customers of Iggy’s in Narragansett and have been wanting to try this location in the off-season. Very glad we did. All the great favorites we love and so many more. Recommendations from our server Dani were appreciated. Menu had a lot to offer. We had Lobster bisque and Clam Chowder with Clam Cakes for an appetizer. I had the Wicked Surf & Turf and wife had the Mahi Tacos. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Also, was a nice treat to have the adult beverage options at an Iggy’s location.

We visited for Thanksgiving since it was just the two of us. We had made reservations and were seated right away. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive. She welcomed us and inquired about our drink preferences before taking our appetizer and dinner orders. She checked in on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We appreciated that the regular menu was available in addition to the Thanksgiving meal. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the prime rib, and I savored the baked seafood platter. We will certainly be coming back.

Staff was excellent and friendly. Food was excellent.

Pinch me awake because I’m still dreaming of the crispy salmon over root hash, sigh. Delicious. The gnocchi swimming in beef short rib and Gorgonzola? The absolute best little pillows of heaven and the short rib payed homage to the life once lived. The yam appetizer with cilantro garlicky goodness dip? Restrained myself from dipping and licking my finger it was that good. We agreed our meal at The Shanty was the best quality and value for the quality we can remember enjoying in a looooooonnnnnngggg time. Thank you Shanty we’ll be back soon—before the salmon rotates off the fall menu!

Mitaki mushroom appetizer was excellent. Our bar keeps. Lauren was excellent mashed potatoes were a little dry steak was cooked really well tasted great. I haven’t had a bad experience here yet.
