Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience. The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications.     Greeted at the store and seated immediately by a very nice young lady. Our server, James, was exceptional; answered all questions (it was my first time there.) The food was served in a timely manner, hot, and delicious!

    Green Valley Grill was an amazing place to have a birthday dinner for my mother! Everyone loved the food and our server was so attentive! We also brought a cake and they brought it out at the end of dinner with the rest of the birthday gifts (flowers, balloons, etc.)

    We were visiting Winston Salem and checked out Sage and Salt Bistro after reading reviews on Open Table. Our dinners were delicious (particularly the tuna tower, salmon and the lamb). We loved the quiet small aspect of the restaurant and will definitely come back when we are in town again. The Uber driver did have trouble finding the front of the restaurant (it is little confusing) and also there seem to be two different Sage and Salt restaurants - one is more of a large bar with food and music and the other located next door is the small restaurant.
