- WWilliamGreater Boston •4 reviews4.0Dined todayWe had a great meal and the service was good. Staff was excellent! The only issue was a group of people with young children. They let the children be loud, run around and disregard the other guests at the restaurant. The staff did their best to try and minimize the noise and children, but the parents were totally ignorant and oblivious to anyone else. At this price point, there should be no children after 8:30 allowed.More infoStoke & RyePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Avon•4.3
- VVivianVIPWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI think a long while ago, when kids were younger, we preferred taking them to places where menus had extensive choices, chicken tenders were the norm, and fries were always right. JK! My kids have been eating chef’s menus since I started making juice bubbles and reductions in my kitchen when they were able to pick up a cup \\ sns So this restaurant was a pick by my 15yr-old son when we were planning our Beaver Creek/Avon trip. I didn’t really look at the menu, just saw a first picture of it on the Goog and said AOK, let’s roll with a resy. Going in blind never tasted so good. Solid Italian menu, just enough choices under each starter/salad/primi/secondi/dolci, single pager. The flavor was well-balanced, textures were bright, portions just right. The only asterisk I’d add is that we only ordered meat-based items, tho their self-named salad was veggie, so I can’t comment on their veggie items - and we were dining on a Monday night so I’m not sure what a full capacity looks like. But - the big highlight: the service. Folks were very friendly and welcoming, front of house/back of house checked in with guests throughout the evening, great timing on food service. Felt like eating at a fancy version of a family meal without the mess and drama. Make sure tho to save room for dessert. The dessert lasagna may make you tilt your head just so, just trust me on this one.More infoFattoriaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Avon•4.9
