The food and service at the Wind and Waves located in Disney's Vero Beach Resort was supreme. We dine here when we are visiting the area or staying at the resort. One of our party had the smoked pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. It came with a creamy mustard sauce that perfectly complimented the pork. My sister and I tried the French onion soup. We found it delicious with a level of sweetness that was pleasing to the palate. We also shared the pizza special which featured chicken, red peppers, onion, and arugula toppings. Give this place a try;you won't be disappointed!

This was our first visit. It was a great choice. My party preferred to sit inside which was very quaint. Food took sometime to be delivered after ordering but, it was served hot and was delicious. Thank you.

Loved it! Will certainly be back. We spent have one plate we didn’t love.

Trattoria Dario is a favorite and on this visit we shared it with new friends who also greatly enjoyed the experience. We received excellent service from Joe, our favorite server, and the food was outstanding as usual. So nice to be able to count on a top notch dining experience every time we go.

Great food with unique dishes. Chris was incredible with his suggestions which were spot on. Trust me ask for fresh pepper and it will be an experience. After dinner go to the bar. The bartenders are talented and you will enjoy talking to them.
