- JJoeSouthwest Florida •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoOur party of four had an unbelievable experience. The Server, Adam Pratt, was outstanding. He was extremely passionate about his job and provided insight into all Menu items. His interactions were impeccable, providing superior service while also being very interactive and professional. The food was outstanding. Lobster Bisque - Easily the best my Wife and I have ever had. Its creaminess and flavor were beyond reproach. Nigiri (Salmon Belly), Ahi Tuna, and Crab Cocktail - All phenomenal. The crab was super succulent. Wagyu Filet, Wagyu Manhattan, 8oz Filet - These were all "melt" in your mouth and cooked to perfection. The scallop entree was also very good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The risotto was very good, and the presentation was outstanding. Truffl;e Mac & Cheese was some of the best I have ever tasted. The asparagus is easily the Most Tender asparagus I have ever eaten. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. We finished with the 10-layer Carrot Cake - This was wonderful and the Pineapple sauce was an unbelievable compliment to the moistness of the cake. The cream cheese icing which usually overdoes the cake was the perfect compliment. Our only complaint was the Carrot Cake only had 9 layers. We showed Adam and had some lighthearted fun with it at the table. Thank you Oceans Prime Sarasota for such a memorable and delightful dining experience.More infoOcean Prime - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.7

- SSandraNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIncredible food and service by Andrew and his support. We had the holiday prefix menu and both ordered the liver and onions with vegetables, which you don’t typically see on a menu. It was delicious! We were served with plenty of time to make it to the candlelight performance we had reservations for. We highly recommend Rosemary and Thyme!More infoThe Rosemary & ThymePrice: Expensive• American• Sarasota•4.9
- HHansVIPTampa / Central Florida West •9 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoProbably the best restaurant in Sarasota in every respect. You come for the experience not only the food. The ambiance is unique, prestigious and very customer focussed. The menu is short (= THE essence of quality!) and provides dishes you won't get elsewhere. The staff is professional, and observing every step of your table. Great. We were here for the second time and from now onwards it is at the top of our list if we want to go for uncompromised quality.More infoSage SRQPrice: Expensive• Global, International• Sarasota•4.7
