We had an amazing time. We went for my husband's 50th birthday and brought our teenage sons for the first time. They were very impressed. Our server, Kaitlin, was wonderful! She said she was new, but you would never know it. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. My husband got the Cowboy, my youngest got a burger, and my other son and I each got a filet. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. I seriously don't have one negative thing to say. I was the perfect night!

Dear Capital Grille Team, I’ve been a loyal guest at Capital Grille for years, but I want to take a moment to recognize Kyria from your Hyde Park location. His service was absolutely impeccable. Kyria was polite, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his ability to anticipate our needs before we even realized them. He made us feel as though we were the only two guests in the room, creating a truly memorable experience. Kyria exceeded all our expectations, and I believe Capital Grille is fortunate to have him as part of the team. Great sushi options and the Pad Thai is excellent. I recommend the crab puffs to start. Service was perfect.

Our waitress, Brittany was outstanding. She paced our meal just the way we wanted. I loved the mushroom soup. My daughter has Celiac's disease, so the extensive Gluten free dedicated menu was a real plus! Out flatbread appetizer was excellent. My husband and I shared the butter fish, and it was tender, flakey, and just the right amount of Asian seasong. Will definitely return!

Three of us shared a special reunion dinner. The initial hosts were quite polished, yet I felt my guest's attire and my signature (SF Asian Art museum) baseball cap was a possible issue, so I was not surprised when we were sized up and sat in the back/vault. The back was GREAT. More privacy and tons more quiet than the front. The final server we had was THE BEST. He helped us with the menu quickly and seamlessly (he really knew his stuff.) His friendliness was NATURAL, not forced. We were not rushed. Plus he was the perfect balance between professional and friendly. Formal dining etiquette (re clearing and food delivery) were all present and perfect. Yes, this was rather pricy, but I will definitely return, esp for a special occasion. And our server deserved his 30% tip, even if provided by a guy in a baseball cap with casually-dressed guests. ; )
