The food is described as new American and Heirloom Contemporary. The chefs react to what comes at them from the local markets making our cuisine locally influenced, but worldly inspired.     We went out for my husband's birthday and it was our first time ever going to jeff ruby's. I'm telling you it was amazing. The staff was on point and friendly. Our waiter Johnathan was amazing. He walked us through the menu, continuously checked on us, and gave his honest opinions on the menu items. We had the Japanese A5 filet, and I'm telling you, u won't regret it. It's the best melt in your mouth steak we ever had. Thank you all for making our night memorable!

    Went here for a late anniversary celebration had the most Amazing nachos followed up by perfectly seasoned jambalaya… had so much flavor. Steak was cooked perfectly. Last and definitely not least the bread pudding is amazing. Way more food than we could eat but glad we tried everything we did. We will definitely be going back!

    The servers, bartenders, etc. were phenomenal! Our waitress was well versed in the menu, not how to make suggestions, engaged at the appropriate level, meaning she kept the water glasses and are needs met without hovering.
