We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Coming from metro Phoenix which has great food, we have been pleasantly surprised by the many wonderful restaurants in Bellingham. But Carnal is a cut above. Big city vibe, and creative menu. A tad on the pricey side, but well worth it.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Waiter constantly checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. Front counter staff was helpful with picking out tea cup, etc. Food was AMAZING! Tea was awesome (and authentic.) The fresh scones were the best! Environment was calm and made it easy to have a great conversation with my daughter. Such a great experience! Thank you.
