We really enjoyed our Saturday dinner buffet! Service from Kanoe was fantastic. She was very attentive and even considerate as she swapped out the napkins under our cups that were soaked. The food was delicious, poke tasted fresh, and food was seasoned! A lot of times I find buffet foods taste bland but everything I had that night had great seasoning. The October Fest proved to be a great choice for all 5 in our party leaving us thoroughly satisfied. The dessert was a warm apple filled pastry, complemented by a delicious vanilla cream sauce. The crispy pork shone in both texture and flavor, providing a delightful crunch that paired beautifully with the smooth mashed potatoes. The sauerkraut like purple cabbage, brought out the best in the pork. The German salad had a tangy mustard vinaigrette that brought together the salty German sausage and cheese in perfect harmony. Our meal was topped off with a first-time tasting of the raspberry German wine, Himbergeist. Its distinctive flavor was unlike anything we had tried before. Overall, our October Fest experience was exceptional. The service was attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
