Saltine, named as a nod to the plain cracker often served with seafood, pays homage to Jackson's rich history with oysters and seafood. Fried oysters were cooked to perfection! Caesar dressing was spot-on with flavor. Bloody Mary was dressed with a variety of pickled vegetables and bacon. Biscuit sandwich was good, but better eaten as presented; open-faced. Breakfast potatoes were nice and crisp. Overall good brunch meal. Gave 4/5 stars due to noise level. Food 5/5.
