Drinks were served fairly quickly (old fashions and black manhattans were tasty). Started with the bread and butter. 3 types of "toppings" on the butter and it was a fun way to start the meal with warm bread. Then we shared a caesar salad that was prepared with some crispy cheese on top and not drenched in dressing. The lobster bisque was like a miso soup meets bisque, different and good but not sure if I would get it again. I had the filet and my wife had the salmon with the skin cooked to a crisp and both were cooked beautifully. It was quite dim in the restaurant and without a small lamp or something like that on the table my parents had to use their phones to read the menus. It was not too loud which was nice and the meal did not feel rushed.
