Brianna is a very friendly server-we have had her wait on us the last 3 years when we visit once a year. She remembers us. We will visit again.

Thad was a great server. Very attentive and knowledgeable. He needs a raise in his salary.

Every time I come to Nibi I am greeted with phenomenal hospitality from Michael. Best bartenders are TJ, Rachel and Sarah. Love this place.

The space was clean and modern. Even in a fully booked hotel, it wasn’t busy for breakfast. But it seemed understaffed since it took about 35 min for our order to be taken and our food to arrive. Quiche was simple but good, as was the breakfast burrito and the cornflake crusted walleye sandwich. Bill was tallied incorrectly and had to wait longer for that to be fixed. Overall the staff and restaurant were pleasant but would skip if I was in any hurry.

This was the best dining experience I have had in at least 3 years. Captain Jack Sparrow was our server and he was incredible. Friendly, funny, on top of all we asked for and made us feel like he was there for us. So many servers and restaurants have been settling for crap service with no apologies. This is the only restaurant in Jackson that I have had a good experience with and I will only dine here from now on when I want a night out.
