New Vida Preserve Restaurant is located in the re-imagined former Paleface Ski Mountain Lodge and now the largest resort in the Adirondacks at 2000 acres. It offers stunning views of Whiteface Mountain. Enjoy a creative menu that includes American Classics with a twist combined with bold globally-inspired flavors. You can dine in our Grand Dining Room, our Craft Bar area with live music or our more casual Billiards Lounge, all with stunning view and beautiful architecture. The restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm. Rí Rá is located in an historic bank building, designed by Boston based Harper & West, that was completed in 1931. The pub opened for the first time in March 1999, and was extended in 2002 with the addition of the Library area. In February 2012, The Whiskey Room opened its doors. As you enter Rí Rá, you can imagine yourself walking through a door that leads you across the pond to experience the best pubs of Ireland. The pub interiors were salvaged and restored in Ireland prior to being shipped to Vermont. We are proud to showcase a unique and genuine Irish pub in the heart of Burlington.

    The food was excellent we will definitely be coming back regularly! Our waitress Sarah B was great! Even though there was a band in the bar area we were able to talk and not have to yell. Lighting was perfect!

    Ardelia’s has an excellent breakfast buffet. There was a wide selection of hot items to choose from, including a make to order omelet bar. It seemed to me that they offered most everything you could want for breakfast. I appreciated the fresh strawberries and blueberries and Greek yogurt and pastries. I noted that there was almond milk and oat milk provided, which told me they are attentive to people like me wanting dairy alternatives. Our server, Sanja, was very attentive, keeping our coffee cups full and dishes cleared.
