The food is always outstanding at the Columbia. I didn’t take pictures, I probably take it for granted because I am a local… So easy to make a reservation with OpenTable! I have to give a huge shout out to my server Shane who was the most personableguy ever! Did a great job with the sangria and salad presentation plus he definitely schooled me on some different menu options! He is awesome and if you get a chance to eat at the Columbia in Saint Augustine do yourself a favor and request him! 

The food was delicious and excellent customer service. The dip with the fried artichokes was good on anything and the artichokes had a very light coating on them. Best grilled fish sandwich I have had on fresh Cuban bread - nice and thin so it didn't overwhelm the tastiness of the fish. Nice decorations for the Holidays. Overall good experience.

Haven’t enjoyed a meal so much since before Covid. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. Franco was attentive to our needs and courses came out in perfect timing for our romantic date night. Enjoyed my rack of lamb, perfectly done along with my husband’s filet. Best goat cheese appetizer for two followed by a warmed lettuce salad. Wonderful sorbet between courses. Very special evening with great memories.

First time there. It was everything everyone said it would be. Look forward to coming back.

Food was good and servers were really nice but it was clear they were understaffed. They continued to be mice while being visibly frustrated after running out of eggs. The place has nice ambiance and food concept is cool. Hopefully they are able to get more servers and eggs.
