Restaurants near The Guards Museum

I met my cousin and her family who are visiting from overseas, for a Christmas eve lunch. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with Christmas cheer. We had a warm welcome and also a lovely server who looked after us. The food were not only beautifully plated, it was delicious. We had a lovely time.

Excellent food and drinks with exceptional service. We cannot fault our experience at Yaatra and would highly recommend. The restaurant has a great feel about it. Not too pretentious, with extremely attentive staff, who make the whole experience an enjoyable one. We look forward to returning.

Have been going to Bill’s for years and the set menu is always excellent value. Obviously, at Christmas time “value” is debatable when prices increase. The “King Prawn Cocktail” had only TWO prawns in it, so I thought that was incredibly misleading and rather disingenuous. They addressed it by serving another side dish free of charge, however, I do think it’s quite cheeky of Bill’s to think that customers would accept such an obvious misrepresentation. Altogether, though, the service and food were good.

Had a pleasant experience across all aspects and would definitely return. Good food at a decent price. Recommend the short rib 👍🏼
