Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. The whole experience was memorable. The service was excellent and the food was unusual and well presented. Sitting under an umbrella out on the terrace looking out over the roses to acres of grapevines and the distant Yarra Ranges made me feel as if I was in Italy. Almost perfect!

I wished I remembered the person serving us at the Cellar ( she was at the counter taking our orders) Our booking was at 12.45pm on Sat, 20th Jan. I just loved her personality, her knowledge of the history of the place and Melba’s family history ( blonde short hair) Every was really friendly and attentive to everyone that day. Well done to all the staff at the Cellar door
