- SShannonSan Antonio •5 reviews5.0Dined todayEverything was wonderful. Food was exceptional as well as service. I ordered Caesar salad with Scallops as an entree with sides of crispy Brussel Sprouts , Toasted Cauliflower and truffle Parmeseam fries. All of it tasted exquisite. Don’t forget the desserts - I chose the Chocolate Royal which was very rich and delectable!More infoLa Taverne - The BroadmoorPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Colorado Springs•4.5
- LLisaDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoHad a lovely 3-course Prix Fixe dinner at Del Lago. We sat at a table by the windows overlooking the lake, with all the trees decorated with white lights - magical. I had the Rigatoni Ai Funghi (sauce was excellent), and my husband had the Chicken Milanese (not over-breaded; it was well-seasoned). The Tiramisu for dessert, soaked in espresso, was also really good.More infoRistorante Del Lago - The BroadmoorPrice: Expensive• Italian• Colorado Springs•4.7
- MMaryVIPDenver / Colorado •41 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024Our family had an exquisite experience dining at Summit last night. The service was impeccable, the food was not only delicious but presented and served in a creative and beautiful manner. Our server Indiana was a perfect combination of attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The support staff was also excellent. The dishes were so tasty - especially the wagyu steak frites, the side of mushrooms and the very fun chocolate sphere dessert. The restaurant was bustling but it never was too loud to hold conversation. This will be a dining experience we will recall for a very long time!More infoSummit - The BroadmoorPrice: Very Expensive• Global, International• Colorado Springs•4.5

- CCarolAsheville / Western North Carolina •3 reviews5.0Dined on 29 Nov 2024Part of the Broadmoor, you can count on rather pricey food so that is a given. But the food was REALLY good. We ate lunch here on a cold day in November. I recommend the BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp small plate which I had as my entree, my husbands Vidalia onion rings were outstanding and there was more than enough for the 3 of us. My son loved his boar nachos. Great service, lovely location.More infoRestaurant 1858Price: Very Expensive• American• Colorado Springs•4.4
