Miku is truly one of our favorite restaurants in Vancouver! The food is consistently outstanding, offering a perfect blend of flavors and presentation. Their signature Aburi sushi is a must-try and never disappoints. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with stunning waterfront views that add to the dining experience. It's the ideal spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual outing or a special celebration. The service is top-notch—professional, attentive, and always friendly. Our visit to Nightingale was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, the service and ambiance set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. The food was beyond incredible—each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to our server, Colwyn, who truly made the evening special. He was not only attentive and caring but also incredibly thoughtful with his recommendations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made our first meal in Vancouver a highlight of our trip. Great place for lunch or brunch on a crisp cold day. Warm up after a walk on the seawall or just sit and watch all the activities outside. Great seafood chowder and sushi for lunch. Always exceptional service.

Pizza dough was outstanding. Great experience and good atmosphere along with noise level.

Had another lovely dinner at Chaster House. Always delicious. We started with a beet salad which was incredible, and then ordered Short Ribs and the beef tenderloin, both delicious. It was concerning that there was only one other couple dining while we were there, and on a Friday night! It was empty! I would hate to lose this gem of a restaurant, but perhaps the higher prices have forced patrons elsewhere.
