Amazing service by all staff, but especially by Ellie. She was attentive and personable, checking in often to ensure all our needs were met. Her attention to detail made our special evening, my husband’s retirement celebration, even more memorable. Side note: the wood smoked cocktails (my husband chose the Flamed Orange Old Fashioned) were fascinating and delicious. I also appreciate that we could bring our own special bottle of wine and drink it with a small corkage fee.

We have lived in Albany since 2005, and only recently in the last year, discovered the vault. Over the years we had heard of this fine restaurant during casual conversations with people, so finally we decided to find out what kind of place it was and we’re pleasantly surprised at how nice and cozy the restaurant is. More than that the drinks are fabulous, the service is excellent and the food is amazing. I love the Brussels, the salmon and fish dinners are amazing with perfect presentation… but my husband loves the brisket burger the most. I highly recommend The Vault for all occasions. You will not be disappointed!!

Had an early dinner on Christmas Eve, and enjoyed every part of the meal. We had a Caesar salad, fish and chips, and a NY steak. Both entrees were delicious, and the salad was fantastic (super fresh and the dressing was bright and flavorful). Service was great, everyone working seemed to be actually enjoying their jobs (even on a holiday!).

Finally a worthy White Linen Restaurant in Eugene with a cuisine Eugenians can appreciate !! This is not a typical Strip Mall Steak House. Wonderful service from kind ingratiating wait staff who care about your experience and cater to your needs! Our waiter expertly recommended to us how the cut of each steak should be ordered for optimal flavor. The comforting and satisfying sides were beautifully served and dished out for us adding to our feelings of being taken care of! My husband and I enjoyed a romantic Christmas Evening dinner in one of their nicely appointed private booths. Understand the price is absolutely appropriate for the experience! You will not regret it!!!

The service and the food were excellent. The noise level was a bit high due to the open floor plan but the ambiance was very comfortable. We will be back.
