Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Super quaint vibe. We sat in the front dining area - be sure you’re ok with the occasional cool breeze from the door opening. They have super cozy seats in the back too. The food was fantastic, our server was wonderful, and the ambiance was exactly what we were looking for - quaint, warm, but a little forward leaning and hip.

This restaurant is amazing. The wait staff was so great and recommended the best dishes for us. We went there for happy hour and I think it’s the best in Seattle! The ribs, burger and the banana crème brûlée are a must!
