Got right in with reservation and promptly waited on by Kinsey! Food was very good! We were never rushed even though it was the height of holiday brunches!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cork and Flame in Augusta, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Our server, Will, was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, making our evening feel special from start to finish. The food was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had in Augusta. The Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with incredible flavor in every bite. The scallops were cooked flawlessly—perfectly tender and seasoned just right. And to top it all off, the crème brûlée was simply divine—smooth, creamy, and with the perfect caramelized top. Cork and Flame truly excels in both service and cuisine. I highly recommend it to anyone in Augusta—this restaurant is a must-visit!

The staff was very accommodating to a large party at a very busy time of year. Service, food, and staff were wonderful.

Food was great. My salad with steak added was perfect, and large! Waitress Amanda and bar staff super. Drinks were fantastic. “Hands up” was delicious. I’d be back for that alone. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation we were told it would be 35 min. When asked what the point of a reservation was I was met with “I don’t know I just work here”. I understand if things get backed up or if tables squat a little causing a delay, but that was not the response I was expecting.

The food was wonderful and the ambiance was great for our work Christmas party. They sat us immediately and our server was extremely attentive.
